Andros Payne

Andros Payne has served as Humatica’s CEO since 2003. Prior to joining Humatica he held the position of chief executive officer of a US venture-backed technology firm in the area of optical fiber communications. Previously, he was a partner with Mercer Management Consulting, a subsidiary of NYSE listed Marsh McLennan. Andros began his career at the Hughes Space and Communications group in Los Angeles as an engineering project leader for defense and communication satellites. He holds degrees in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from Stanford University.

Andreas Knobloch

Andreas Knobloch has served as Humatica’s CFO since 2006. Prior to joining Humatica, he was the chief financial officer of a venture-backed software company in Silicon Valley. Previously, Andreas was a management consultant at Mercer Management Consulting and 4C Group in London and Munich, working across diverse industries and geographies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in International Finance from the London School of Economics.

Norman Karrer

Norman Karrer joined Humatica in 2009 as the firm’s COO. He was previously a partner with Mercer Management Consulting, which became Oliver Wyman, a leading global management advisory firm, where he led diverse performance improvement programs in globally renowned corporations. Norman is a recognized expert in financial services and consumer finance. Previously he worked with Sulzer Corporation, a large Swiss technology multi-national. Norman graduated in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
